Life tends to bring us the voices, insights, and moments we need, exactly when we need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m a wellness educator, researcher, and speaker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, organizations, and communities foster well-being. My background is rooted in health and wellness education, and my passion lies in making the science of well-being accessible, practical, and applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, I\u2019ve explored a wide range of wellness topics\u2014from sleep, nutrition, and body image to mindset, motivation, and emotional resilience. But one area I return to again and again is <em>stress<\/em>\u2014how we experience it, how it shapes us, and how we can reclaim the power we have to navigate the stress process in a healthy way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This blog is a space to explore it all: the messy, beautiful, ever-evolving journey toward health and wholeness. While we\u2019ll dive deeply into the stress connection (because it influences almost everything), we\u2019ll also unpack many other dimensions of wellness that affect our everyday lives\u2014body, mind, and spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can expect a mix of stories, science, and simple strategies to help you build awareness, develop healthy habits, change mindsets, and reconnect with your capacity for resilience and growth.
